AN ACT TO PROVIDE THAT THE MISSISSIPPI STATE COLISEUM AT THE STATE FAIRGROUNDS COMPLEX SHALL BE NAMED THE "JERRY CLOWER COLISEUM"; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Mississippi State Coliseum at the State Fairgrounds Complex shall be named and known as the "Jerry Clower Coliseum." The State Fair Commission shall have an appropriate sign or signs placed at the coliseum denoting the new name.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after July 1, 1999.
